quite happy with the results of my portfolio of strategies last month. After 1 year of hard work in researching into the fields, and maybe thanks to the spike in volatility this year, I believe my portfolio is now promising for the future. If you are interested feel free to drop me a line!

Mark Hatlan Yes depending on the underlying, each underlying falls into one 1 of the 4 classes discussed above generally speaking.. US mean reverting, Dax breackout AUD CAD mean reverting etc etc..

Nice results Francesco! Just be cautious to not build models specifically for volatile periods like what we are experiencing at present... as we know they won't last forever right.

Just make sure they withstand the 'boring' periods also; this is where real diversification in models payoff. Back testing a number of years will indicate the sustainability of model with a wholistic view.
